Hi, I’m Kristoffer Williams
I’m a UX designer with a passion for creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences. My journey into design is unconventional — I spent three years working in construction and heavy equipment operations, where precision, systems thinking, and problem-solving under high-pressure conditions were essential. These experiences shaped how I approach UX design: methodically, empathetically, and with a strong focus on clarity and efficiency.
I graduated cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with a focus on UX Design, where I built a foundation in visual communication, user research, and interaction design. Combining this academic training with my hands-on experience in construction allows me to approach design challenges holistically — balancing user needs, business goals, and practical problem-solving.
My Design Approach
I begin by understanding users and context, then translate insights into wireframes and prototypes to explore solutions. Through iterative feedback and testing, I refine concepts toward clear, accessible, and impactful outcomes. Collaboration and empathy are at the heart of my process — I design to solve real problems and make technology easier and more enjoyable to use.
